Essential to the role are strong organisational skills, an ability to take charge of an inaugural role and a keen interest in helping adolescents thrive in sport. The successful candidate will have proven interpersonal skills, leadership experience in sports management and the ability to multi-task. The role will involve managing sports logistics, overseeing key sports events/operations and running some of our more minor sports.Standard hours of work are generally 40 hours per week. Hours will be flexible around the need to support evening/weekend training and sports schedules.The start date for this position is Monday 20 January 2024 to allow for induction.
