College is seeking an Assistant Director of Sport, working during both term time and the College vacation periods. Essential to the role are strong organisational skills, an ability to take charge of an inaugural role and a keen interest in helping adolescents thrive in sport. The successful candidate will have proven interpersonal skills, leadership experience in sports management and the ability to multi-task. The role will involve managing sports logistics, overseeing key sports events/operations and running some of our more minor sports.
Standard hours of work are generally 40 hours per week. Hours will be flexible around the need to support evening/weekend training and sports schedules.

The start date for this position is Monday 20 January 2024 to allow for induction. However, this can be flexible for the successful candidate.
