This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team who love what they do.Your key responsibilities will be:Assist the Checkout Manager to train, motivate, and coach your team to meet our high store standards and the department KPIs.Maintain high presentation standards at the checkout and ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety processes.The successful candidate will have:Relevant industry experience e.g. previous Supervisor experience, POS systems experience, Lotto experience.Managers and First Aid Certificates would be advantageous.A great attitude and desire to make the workplace fun for customers and team members.The ability to develop supportive relationships and communicate effectively with team members, customers, and colleagues.Self-motivated, loyal, and a high level of integrity.This position is full-time from Tuesday to Saturday, with hours to be discussed during the interview process.You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand – with citizenship, residency, or approved work visa.If you believe you have the right attitude, experience, and attributes for this role, please apply online now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
