What you'll do day to day:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you play a key role in collaborating with your Branch Manager to embed a sales-centric culture and drive high performance to help us deliver on our client value proposition.

Together with balancing a book of established commercial clients and providing expert advice to your own clients, you will help unlock the potential of others to help them realise heights they never thought possible.
What we are looking for:
You will be a superbly constructive leader, with a natural love of collaborating and delivering extraordinary client and people outcomes. You have a drive to get things done and are not afraid to fail fast and try again. Naturally curious, you will keep asking why and bring high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
A seasoned qualified commercial broker, you will be client obsessed, with a passion for sales that runs through your DNA.
