You would be joining a finance team of five.About the RoleIn this part-time position, you will be reporting to a supportive Finance Manager, you will be dealing with high volumes and be processing 1,000 invoices monthly. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:End-to-end Accounts PayableExpense allocationsBank reconciliationsAssist with P&L reportingMaintain general ledger and reconciliation of balance sheet and manage journal entries and monthly accruals Manage the day-to-day processing of supplier invoicesSupport the Finance Manager with weekly cash flow reportingAssist with year-end reporting and the external audit processKey Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in accountingYou will have 3 years experience processing 800 monthly invoicesXero experience is a mustApprovalMax and Salesforce experience preferredYou will be system savvy and preferably have been involved in an implementation process previouslyA genuine interest in charitable and NFP organisations is desirableThis role is handled by Chancy Jamieson at Consult, please click the link below to apply as it helps us manage applications.Alternatively for more information, call Chancy on 021 108 7319.
