Your roleProcessing daily bank Recs for NZ and AU Entities, daily cash payments, responsible for cash flow reporting, processing CMS DDs and DC in banking system. Assisting GL Recs, updating GL accounts in blackline monthly. Checking Merchant Setups in CMS, validating bank account details with merchants. Assisting AP on checking credit card transactions and matching receipts with transactions. Assisting annual audit, providing support documentation. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will assist in the planning of accurate and timely monthly and annual reporting. You will be exposed to a diverse range of tasks that include the processing of daily bank transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, general ledger reconciliations, and month end and year-end financial close processes. The Assistant Accountant will also be responsible for processing Mobil transactions and providing Mobil reporting as required.About YouThe role will suit someone with a high degree of self-sufficiency, organisational skills, pro-activity and an ability to enjoy a quick-paced and busy environment.
