The role's key focus is to assist the Asset Services Manager to support the wider organisation across all our locations by providing safe and comfortable office accommodation and fit for purpose vehicles. The Asset Services Team is the single point of contact for people using our facilities and our aim is to ensure a standardised level of service throughout the organisation.

Develop & maintain strong relationships with outsourced suppliers & contractorsRespond to staff requests & resolve issues, raising & monitoring progress of work ordersParticipate in a wide variety of activities associated with the optimal, safe and cost-effective management of the building environmentKeep accurate records that feed into our long-term planning processesGet out & about to participate in property & vehicle inspectionsThis role is an opportunity to utilise your skills in organisation, administration and multi-tasking. You'll be someone who thrives on tackling a number of different tasks on any given day; a people person who delights in building relationships and helping others. You'll have a desire to develop your career in facilities management and have a full, clean driver's licence and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
To enjoy this role, you'll ideally have:
Experience in a facilities or contract management environmentExperience working with Maintenance Management, Asset Management or equivalent computer systemsOur values underpin everything we do.
