Te Turanga | About the role
As a Asset Planning Engineer - Asset Information and Condition (Mechanical & Electrical) , you'll be responsible for the following outcomes:
Collection, development, and management of asset information using Digital Engineering (DE) processes and requirements.
Analyse and develop asset information functionality to determine performance, maintenance cycles, and potential risk/failure.
All relevant internal and external stakeholders are trained and mentored in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical asset information, related data (including renewals), processes, system requirements and our data standards; to ensure TCC's standards are achieved.
Investigation and implementation of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence tools.
Development and implementation of condition assessment frameworks and associated processes.
Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Extensive knowledge of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical assets.
At least 5 years' experience in Asset Management Systems and the ability to manipulate and update the information within them.
Relevant trade qualified with a tertiary degree in Engineering, Planning or Business, IT or related field.
Ability to interpret As-Built Plans.
Knowledge of obtaining and manipulating information from multiple sources.
High communication skills.
Familiar in use and application of Project Management tools and processes.
ISO 19650 Building Information Modelling (BIM) trained and certified.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage & influence both internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful strategic and tactical outcomes on time, to budget and Right First Time (RFT).
