We support their health and wellbeing and foster an inclusive and diverse culture, celebrating what makes us unique and enabling high performance.Job DescriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Manager to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team in our waterfront Auckland CBD premises.We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to oversee and extract greater asset value for a portfolio of client properties through diligent management and strategic thinking.ResponsibilitiesEnsure comprehensive asset management plans are developed and continually updatedLead and assist in the operations of a commercial property portfolioLead and assist in the implementation of leasing strategies and ensure lease complianceLead and assist in the implementation of rent reviews, lease supervision, and leasing strategiesLead client meetings and assist to prepare operating and capital expenditure budgets and monthly reportsDevelop and implement targeted new business strategiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with the wider Colliers team, clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of experience in a similar roleAbility to collaborate with the team and lead and mentor othersStrong knowledge of legislative requirements, and the ability to communicate and apply to technical mattersHigh competence in Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExperience in environmental and sustainability reporting including GRESB, NABERSNZ and/or other environmental rating frameworks would be an advantageYour strengthsStrong written and verbal communication skillsClient focusRelationship builderStrong work ethicsTeam playerProactive and self-motivatedAdditional InformationColliers is an inclusive employer, where different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds are celebrated.
