Asset Management & Performance EngineerAs our Asset Management & Performance Engineer you willneed to rely on your ability to foster key relationships as you play a pivotalrole across most if not all our asset groups at Orion. There will be keyrelationships across the business that you need to influence and communicate onhow we perform under changes that we experience across our network and assetmanagement system.
You'll play a vital part in how we report, develop, and implementprocesses to ensure our asset models are managed and maintained, so yourability to communicate our strategic plans will be critical. This is achallenging role, so you'll need to be curious and love to explore newpossibilities.

The role Analyse the condition, risk, cost, and performance ofour network assets ensuring whole-of-life strategies are improved andimplementedRefine and implement methods representing asset risksensuring we justify our investment decisionsHelp us improve, validate and add value to ourexisting asset management system.Analyse data to provide assurance for our assetprogrammes.Collaborate across the wider business advising on ourforecasted future spend and communicate clear oversight of our physical assetson the networkContribute to the development of our asset managementdocuments, plans and systemsAbout you Depth of experience in a similar infrastructure rolewithin a complex environmentElectrical Engineering degree with a background inpower distribution networks of lifecycle asset management preferred but notessential for the right candidate.Be an influencer, help us navigate change withexceptional relationship management skillsStrong data analytical skills with a keen eye forattention to detail.Comfortable working in a dynamic and complexenvironment across various cross-functional teamsBe highly motivated, innovative, curious andopen to new ways of doing things, so you'll need to think outside the boxWe offer You'll find at Orion, you can come as you are and just beyou.
