This role reports to the Head of Asset Management and Planning and plays a key part in shaping the company's asset management strategy.This position will focus on developing and implementing strategies that prioritize availability, reliability, and continuous improvement while minimizing overall costs.About you:You should have a strong background in maintaining complex equipment and machinery with experience in delivering asset management outcomes. Your expertise will enable you to provide engineering-level guidance and peer review services to the team.In this role, you will be responsible for 2 direct reports and display strong leadership skills. You must be agile and flexible, able to work in a rapidly changing industry.Skills and experience:Tertiary degree in Engineering or Asset Management is preferred.Proven experience in maintenance planning with a reliability focus.Strong analytical ability and financial acumen.Familiarity with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems is essential.About LPC:We are Lyttelton Port Company (LPC), a vital link in the South Island's supply chain.
