This role will have an impact both in the field, working with our asphalt laying crews to improve methodologies, and ensuring best practice techniques are used, as well as in the office improving on quality systems and streamlining quality reporting for our clients. A strong knowledge and understanding of asphalt laying is required due to compliance requirements of NZTA M/10 specification and is therefore critical for this role.Your strong communication skills will be vital in building relationships with key stakeholders and implementing effective process enhancements. There is some flexibility in the operational hours for this role, however, if you have worked in this industry before, then you will know that most of this work happens at night, and therefore there will be some requirement to work outside of standard business hours.
