Job Description: Sunshine Trading LTD is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Asian Markets Exports Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the export operations to Asian markets, ensuring seamless supply chain management, and maximizing efficiency and profitability. This position requires a deep understanding of international trade regulations, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives tailored for diverse markets in Asia. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Implementation: *Develop comprehensive export strategies for Asian markets, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. *Implement strategic initiatives to expand market presence, increase sales, and optimize distribution channels. Purchasing and Supplier Management: *Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in Asian markets, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial relationships. *Ensure compliance with quality standards, product specifications, and delivery schedules. Inventory Management and Optimization: *Oversee inventory planning and management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs. *Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Logistics and Distribution: *Coordinate logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation, to ensure timely delivery of goods to Asian markets. *Optimize distribution networks to reduce lead times and transportation costs. Regulatory Compliance: *Stay informed about export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements relevant to Asian markets. *Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements. Market Analysis and Customer Relationship Management: *Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, assess market demand, and monitor competitor activities. *Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors in Asian markets to understand their needs and preferences. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: *Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction. *Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and strategic insights to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. *Proven experience in export management, preferably in the wholesale distribution industry, with a focus on Asian markets. *Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements. *Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. *Proficiency in data analysis and experience with inventory management systems. *Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute complex export strategies. *Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. *Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.
