Woodford House, a leading special character, state-integrated, boarding and day school for Y7–13 girls, in Hawke's Bay is seeking to appoint a permanent, part-time art teacher to join our passionate and enthusiastic team. We nurture each girl who walks through our doors so that her light shines through and shines brighter.
About the role:
We are looking to appoint an art teacher for our junior visual arts students, and our senior photography classes. This role would suit a beginner or experienced teacher. The position is to commence term 1, 2025.
About you:
Registration with the Teaching Council of New Zealand, or ability to obtain it,
A relevant teaching or other qualification,
The ability to teach junior visual arts, and photography to a senior level is desirable,
The ability to promote exceptional education in a blended learning environment,
A willingness to meet our future-focused learning goals,
High level communication and interpersonal skills, and
A commitment to our school's special character.
