In this role, you will be an individual contributor able to grow the business of new ice cream equipment in the region, with a strong sense of collaboration with sales colleagues in other countries and also other areas of the company (especially Project Management, Engineering, Services).The position can be based in either Melbourne, Australia or Hamilton, New Zealand.You will be travelling up to 60% of your time to our customer sites.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.What You Will DoAs an Area Sales Support Manager you will:Drive sustainable growth for Processing by directly selling to ice cream customers in Oceania.Collaborate with Account Managers and Processing Directors to effectively deploy the Ice Cream portfolio in the region, ensuring strong technical and commercial support during new project quotations.Enhance understanding of the International/Cluster Account's overall business landscape, including the market, competition, and profitability.Drive insights across the value chain and develop account plans aligned with Tetra Pak's objectives.Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain positive account receivables.Support Account Managers in developing ice cream competencies to meet customer needs.Stay informed on Tetra Pak's New Sales portfolio to deliver a strong value proposition.Apply best practices in Key Account management and actively participate in marketing activities related to the ice cream category in Oceania.Focus on improving customer satisfaction and partnerships while aligning with the "One Company Three Business" strategy.We believe you haveBachelor's degree: Chemical, Food, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or any other related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.Experience in sales of technical equipment is a must.Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal in English.Very strong negotiation skills, leadership skills, dynamic, proactive, and strong communicator.We Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results.An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion.Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements.Apply NowIf you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what's good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at job posting expires on 4 October 2024.If you have any questions about your application, please contact Rachel Fulton.Diversity, equity, and inclusion is an everyday part of how we work.
