Now, we are looking for a successful, energetic, and well-organised individual with a passion for sales and coaching to take their career to the next level by joining our team as Area Retail Manager, based in Auckland.
The brands you will work with include Estée Lauder, Tom Ford Beauty, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, M.A.C. and Jo Malone London. As an Area Retail Manager, you will be accountable for driving retail sales across all our brands.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the continued growth of our brands in all stores across your zone. Key aspects of your role will include:
Taking a hands-on approach, leading by example to energise and motivate your retail teams to ensure continued strengthening of market share. With our strategy of being close to our consumers you'll also coach retail teams on brand social media initiatives and digital strategy, leading by example to keep current of emerging trends and consumer spending habits, interaction, and engagement. Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with our retail partners, specifically the Cosmetic and Store Managers. Driving and ensuring the successful execution of Brand launches and events in store. Working collaboratively with our internal team to reinforce and embed key brand focuses and behaviours with our retail teams. What we're looking for:
A well organised individual who is self-driven, able to work independently while keeping connected with key stakeholders. Proven sales achiever with a minimum of three years' retail sales management experience. Experience in successfully coaching others to reach and exceed sales goals. An understanding of and a strong passion for the prestige beauty industry. Previous sales/account management and business planning experience. Commercially driven with experience translating insight into action across multiple brands. The role may require out of town travel, and you will need to have a car and a full driver's license. Qualifications: Management experience in retail and/or consumer service. Commercial and business acumen. Experience in multi-site management with concrete measurable achievements. Strong people management skills and experience.
