Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the cleaning team. You will also provide cover for staff absences, manage staff rosters, ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ensure sufficient stock of materials and equipment is maintained at all times, provide training, and oversee the day-to-day quality of service.This is a full-time role, with some evening work and travel across Christchurch required. Therefore, a full driver's license is a must. You will be provided with a company car.About You:Experience in multi-site operations at Supervisory or Management level within the Property Maintenance/Cleaning industry is preferred; however, we are open to speaking with people from other service industries who bring relevant skills.It goes without saying that you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.A strong focus on our clients is essential – you will need to have demonstrated experience in fostering long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.The role also requires a results-driven approach and demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment.Full training and support will be provided.This is a great opportunity, so if this sounds like you, apply now!
