About the Role: Reporting to the South Island Manager - Mobile Sales, Advice and Service, and based in our new offices at the Christchurch Airport campus, this role is responsible for: Leading and coaching a high-performing mobile sales and service team.
Driving the business plan and growth strategy for the region.
Continuing to cultivate our high-performing culture.
About You: Passionate about our people, clients, and the local community.
Experienced in leading and coaching successful sales professionals.
Strong business acumen, especially in financial services.
Affinity for rural New Zealand is a bonus.
Skilled in building and managing meaningful & strong relationships.
Demonstrated ability to drive a values-driven, engaged culture.
As Area Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our relationship-based model and the development of our local mobile team.
