The Role You will inspire, engage and grow your team to create great experiences for our customer and to drive business outcomes for your region.

· Embed customer excellence whilst growing region performance through clear direction and operational excellence.
· Empower your store managers to grow results through clear planning and direction.
· Collaborate with your VM partners to deliver consistent store experiences across your region.
· Advocate for 'The Good', leading the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
· Region based in Christchurch, New Zealand with remote store travel throughout the South Island.
