We've been baking the same way for 29 years to give you our signature delightful experience.About the role...The role of Area Manager at Bakers Delight New Zealand is the key facilitator of the overall store experience – implementing collaboratively with franchisees and leading the seamless execution of business strategies across your area through multiple lenses, such as Sales Results, Operational excellence, Visual Merchandising, Product and supporting our franchisees and their amazing teams.The Area Manager is the lead for the delivery of KPI results and to continuously build highly engaged, accountable and effective franchise operations. This sets the teams up for success from the outset and builds and coaches leaders that understand what excellence looks like and what is needed to achieve it.As a senior leader, you lead by example working alongside the franchisees. You show up as your best self each day, owning your results, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow, hungry for results and humble to learn how. As a key contributor to the family at support office, you think holistically.
