In this leadership role, you will manage architecture activities across IHC, ensuring alignment with our strategy, principles, and regulatory standards. You'll lead the architecture team, fostering collaboration to ensure cohesive direction for our technology landscape. This role also involves defining and refining the Enterprise Architecture methodology, supporting IT strategy, simplifying our technology landscape, and driving governance and standards across the organization. Nga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bring 15+ years of IT and industry experience, with expertise in architecture design, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning. Leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior leadership. Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), business process, strategy, and emerging technologies. Strong expertise in data management, cybersecurity, integration, cloud computing, and IT systems.
