Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented architectural technician who can contribute to our projects from concept through to construction. As an architectural technician at Mitchell Architecture, you'll work closely with the Director, lead designer, and clients to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural designs through to consent.

Produce accurate and detailed construction drawings using ArchiCAD with CI Tools.

Contribute to project coordination and quality control.

Qualifications:

Architectural Degree or Equivalent: We welcome applications from recent graduates with an architectural degree or those with relevant experience.

Experience: Post Grad, or up to two years of practical experience in an architectural role.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in ArchiCAD with the integration of CI Tools and Twin motion.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within our team, consultants and clients.

Location: Based in central city Christchurch.
