Job Description
Are you a lover of Fashion and Apparel? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you able to drive and lead a sales culture within a team?
If you answered yes to these, then we have a role for you.
As Apparel Manager, you will be responsible for the apparel department, ensuring it is visually appealing and successful.
Reporting into the Store Manager, in this role you will:

Use visual merchandising techniques and associated guides to help make the department visually appealing to our customers.
Encourage a sales culture within your team which includes clothing, footwear, and accessories.
Ensure merchandising standards are met and take a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
Assist and guide customers with their apparel needs.
Provide support for the opening and closing of the store, on occasions, as well as sole charge of the entire store as required.
Lead, coach, recruit, and motivate the team to success.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:

Be self-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
Have the ability to interpret and execute plans.
Have good written and verbal communication skills.
Be a confident leader with proven experience.
