You will take the lead of the squad delivering strategic insights for our store and e-commerce operations.About the Role | Mo te TurangaAs the Insights Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in leading outcomes across:People: Mentorship and skills development of a small squad of technical analysts.Delivery process: You are responsible for the delivery of all projects across the squad, ensuring 'big rocks' to BAU tasks are prioritised and responded to in a timely manner. A key part of your role is balancing where team capacity is allocated ensuring the right amount of time is spent delivering business value today versus future outcomes.Technical: The Analytics Lead is a highly technical role with direct accountability for the scoping and delivery of multiple projects within wiqNZ.You can think creatively, critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture.
