You will support, initiate, lead, and managequality improvement and quality assurance initiatives, processes, and ongoingprojects across TWOA, including Ako (Teaching and Learning), Taumatua(Programme Development) and other Uepu.
This is an educational analyst position, with afocus on leading reviews of programmes.
Through these reviews, this role will supportorganisational quality and improvement by building and nurturing internalstakeholder relationships.
You'll be the catalyst for trust-building andpartnership creation.
Your efforts will shape a positive atmosphere where allstakeholders are actively engaged in the pursuit of educational excellence.

As a proactive analyst withexperience in report writing and data analytics, you will establish and drivethe Quality Review and Improvement function within the organization, making atangible impact on our future.
Tobe successful in the role, you will have:A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Teachingand Learning or related fieldOr5+ years' experience working in Quality, Quality Assurance, Complianceor Risk Management in an education setting.
2+ years' experience with IT tools that supportlearning, teaching, reporting and data management.
Advanced excel data skills.
Intermediate Project Management and report writingskills.
A good understanding of the software that supportsdata management, databases, reporting and monitoring.
An understanding of the tertiary education sector,including NZQA, TEC, and MOE education regulations and guidelines.
