Analyst - Operational Performance & Insights

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Deliver and enhance all monthly reporting outputs.
Design and adapt reporting tools for clear storytelling.
Coordinate with leaders across Customer Services for relevant commentary and insights.
Correlate data sources to support stakeholder reporting.
Manage and deliver outputs for adhoc data requests related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, HOP, Genesys Cloud, and LGOIMA in alignment with Data Governance.

This role requires you to have:

2 years' experience in business reporting and commentary writing within a customer services or operational environment.
Strong knowledge of report stack development, analysis, and automation.
Experience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and cube development.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Qualification or experience in statistics, data management, or equivalent, with exposure to BI development and reporting.
