You will join a team of seven experienced and supportive SMO colleagues. You will be working within a secondary care setting participating in the anaesthetic roster, covering: planned care and acute theatre sessions, anaesthesia after-hours on-call support, anaesthetic pre-assessment clinics, and working as the duty anaesthetist. In this role, you will provide support to other departments including: obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, general surgery, orthopaedics, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and Dental.Health New Zealand, Nelson Marlborough has approximately 3000 employees, providing health services in the Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough regions, serving almost 150,000 people.
