Job Description We have a great opportunity for an AML Compliance Analyst to join our Corporate team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.
We are looking for a positive and analytical professional to support our AML Compliance Officer in administering our AML compliance programme across our brokerage and real estate management businesses.
This is a casual position, with days and hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
The Value you will add Reviewing and processing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requests from brokers Reviewing CDD information, including evidence of Source of Wealth/Source of Funds Quality assurance testing in line with our AML/CFT Programme Answering queries from brokers and clients in relation to the AML/CFT Act and our CDD process Ensuring Colliers comply with obligations under the AML/CFT Act in line with our AML/CFT programme Maintenance of AML records and registers Qualifications Property, financial, accounting, or legal background or studying towards An interest in AML/CFT regulatory obligations Ability to interpret legislation and other technical information Your Strengths Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation and priority management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy What we offer Award-winning CBD premises with connectivity to multi-modal transport Access to Commercial Bay Club, Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter precincts Wellbeing benefits and initiatives Opportunities to advance your business, technology, and creative skills to achieve your professional goals An inclusive and social culture with regular team events Additional Information Colliers is an inclusive employer, where different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds are celebrated.
