You will be responsible for increasing volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working with your customers to grow business together. As well as this, you will be hungry to identify new opportunities, with a focus on new business acquisition. It's a fast paced role, and we expect you to fit a lot into your day so, you will need to be well planned and efficient in your approach to your work, and be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a wide variety of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their needs. You need to be data driven, and have customer service skills that are second to none. Experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success.About the roleServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in the South AucklandBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholdersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededBenefits and perksKPI Bonus SchemeHealth InsuranceCariPadPhoneSkills and experienceProven work experience as an Account Manager, Territory Manager, FMCG Manager, Sales Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-levelExperience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills
