Allied Health Educator/Moving and Handling Coordinator 1.0 FTE
In this role of Allied Educator and Moving and Handling Coordinator, you'll have organisation-wide responsibility for Allied Education and to co-ordinate the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a moving and handling programme for Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti. This includes project management, process development, reporting, administration and liaising with all stakeholders (management, employees and H&S representatives and a variety of external parties).
You'll also contribute to Education and H&S strategy, developing a safety culture and help develop our annual programme of work. The role reports to the Director of Allied and Technical

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Registered Allied Health Practitioner with a profession relevant to the role Experience in project implementation with demonstrated positive results and outcomes The ability to manage a diversity of relationships and the ability to be successful via influence Situated on the eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island, Gisborne "Tairawhiti" – "The light shines on the water" is the first city in the world to see the rising sun of the new day.
