As the Clinical Coordinator for the ATR Ward, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Allied Health Assistants to enable patient flow and ensure care quality. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), you'll address challenges, support team members, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include Supporting referral triage to ensure timely and appropriate care.Managing referrals and caseloads for consistent workload distribution.Problem-solving patient flow challenges alongside the MDT.Representing Allied Health in interprofessional forums and meetings.Coordinating leave planning and ensuring adequate staffing across the service.Providing clinical care within your scope of practice in acute settings.This role combines leadership duties with clinical responsibilities, creating a dynamic and impactful position.
