This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead interprofessional coordination, enhance patient care, and balance leadership with clinical practice.As the Clinical Coordinator for the ATR Ward, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Allied Health Assistants to enable patient flow and ensure care quality.
