Akarshan Assistance Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who has the capability to maximize sales, lead the team, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service in our Indian fashion store.
The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a retail manager, supervisor, or assistant. The tasks for the role include:

Sole-charge shop and staff management;
In-depth understanding and genuine love for Indian ethnic fashion wear and trends;
Excellent customer service standards;
An active approach in developing initiatives to drive the commercial success of the store;
Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions;
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets;
Ordering fresh stock, minimizing dead stock, and setting prices;
Hiring, training, supervising, and managing the staff;
Promoting the business via social media;
Responsible for health and safety;
Applicant must be entitled to work in New Zealand.
