Your Role: As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Serve as the first point of contact for customer support and manage CRM interactions. Provide front-end technical support and assist with product performance queries. Present Carrfields products and services, including managing equipment demonstrations and events. Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales confirmations. Offer support to the wider team and provide referrals to other Carrfields teams as needed. Key Skills Required for the Role: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and optimize travel. In-depth knowledge of specifying, quoting, and the sales process. Advanced understanding of agricultural technology and practical skills in optimizing equipment use. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on reliability, safety, and continuous learning.
