Supervisors/Team Leaders (Call Centre & Customer Service)Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is a not-for-profit provider of Home and Community based and Community Nursing Services to a wide range of clients in the Northland region, Greater Auckland region and the Southland/Otago regions.What is the role?We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and hands-on Team Leader to manage our weekend shifts. This is a part-time role for 24 hours per week, with an option to work either Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 8 hours per day or Saturday and Sunday with 12 hours per day. If you're seeking more hours and can commit to weekend availability, we offer a flexible schedule to fit your needs. This fast-paced role is responsible for rostering, managing, supporting our weekend CSR's and being the first point of escalation lead to internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage the after-hours Customer Service Representatives team roster alongside the Operations Manager.Provide nonclinical support to the afterhours CSR team.Ensure each team member is trained and competent in their role.Be the point of escalation on the weekends for the afterhours CSR team.Work with the team to schedule and coordinate client and support worker visits.Report back weekend trends and concerns to the Operations Manager.Escalate all clinical concerns to the Clinical on-call manager.Be on call from 7:00pm Friday – 7:00pm Sunday (Calls from CSR team only).About youYou'll be someone who is passionate about working for homecare and community support services with strong leadership skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.1-2 years' experience in scheduling and/or the Community homecare industry.1-2 years' experience in a Team Leadership role or coaching & training.The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, managers, teams, and contractors.Ability to self-manage your work and efficiently organize your time.A high level of computer literacy.If this sounds like the next step for you, please apply online now!
