You must be a dynamic & keen technician with excellent organisational and time management skills as a large amount of your work will be conducted independently. You will however have the ability to work within a growing team, covering both projects and operational work.We are seeking an individual with the following skills:Comfortable with installation of set top boxes, satellite dishes, cabling and related equipment at the premises of customersKnowledge of audio-visual systems (e.g. TV, home theatre, freeview, Sky, etc)Knowledge of networking setups (e.g. WiFi, network routers and switches)Knowledge of I.T. concepts (e.g. workstations, servers, general computer assistance, etc)Knowledge of data cabling concepts and terminations (e.g. Cat5e/Cat6 ethernet, RG6 coaxial, speaker cabling, etc)Comfortable in adhering to, and maintaining Health & Safety policiesComfortable working at heightsCustomer service, relationship and sales experienceAssisting our other business units with your knowledge and experience as requiredJob and project management experiencePre-existing Sky contractor approval would be an advantageGenuine ability and passion to drive the business forwardYou will also have the ability to build excellent working relationships externally and internally, and have excellent problem solving and communication skills.We will require you to have a full clean NZ drivers license and existing rights to work in New Zealand.This is a great opportunity with career development and opportunity for growth within a support network of trained, experienced, professional people.A competitive remuneration package will be tailored based on the applicants' skills, which could include a profit-share of the business income, and alongside the perks included of being a Vetta Group team member.Applicants will need a full New Zealand drivers license, and a clear MOJ criminal record.
