Wolfbrook, one of New Zealand's largest residential developers, is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Christchurch Marketing Team!

In this role, you will focus on Wolfbrook residential projects while also having the opportunity to collaborate on various creative initiatives across Wolfbrook's family of brands and associated businesses. You will work closely with the marketing team and other business units, playing a vital role in producing high-quality visual content that engages our target audience.
Key Competencies
A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Experience in digital marketing, with the ability to execute cohesive campaigns across multiple digital platforms and a solid understanding of all Meta formats and best practices on various social media platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing innovative design concepts for a variety of projects, including brochures, digital marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, branding initiatives, and advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Contribute creative solutions in design projects, continuously exploring new ideas and techniques to enhance visual storytelling and brand impact.
Support the execution of cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, demonstrating a strong understanding of overall marketing principles.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining and evolving design elements to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, effectively incorporating feedback.
