Day to day, you'lldrive our award-winning Tau Ora programme, planning and delivering nationalwellbeing events, providing tailored support to line managers, facilitatingworkshops and managing key relationships.
You'll also use data to continuously improve our efforts and truly bringgreat wellbeing experiences for our kaimahi to life.Mou | About youExperience in the health or wellness industry in a role where you'vedelivered programmes that engage and influence audiences.
An understanding of best-practice wellbeing in the workplace and of theHealth & Safety at Work Act 2015.Strong communication and relationship building skills with an enthusiasmand style that inspires others.Computer literacy is essential, you will need to be proficient in usingvarious software and digital tools to effectively plan, deliver, and evaluate wellbeinginitiatives and data.
A willingness to participate in cultural activitiesand develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga).Tonoa i tenei ra!
