In this role, you'll be promoting, supporting and contributing to takiwa annual recruitment targets. Title : Advisor - Tauira Recruitment Role : Fixed term; part-time End date : 19th November 2024 Location : Palmerston North Hours : 30 hours per week Days : Monday - Friday (during the A semester there may be some requirements for additional work over the weekend) As an Advisor – Tauira Recruitment, you will: Present and promote TWoA programmes and services to external stakeholders and communities Develop and implement recruitment plans, projects and campaigns Use CRM as a recruitment tool Host programmes, activities and events Support kaiako to roll-out plans About you: We are looking for someone who has the following: Diploma in business or marketing related field. 3+ years' experience in marketing, recruitment or in an education related role. Understands and uses basic te reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalent qualification) Prepared to increase knowledge, understanding and everyday use of te reo and ahuatanga Maori and support other kaimahi in the same endeavour Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
