The RATA team is part of the wider People and Culture group at Stats NZ.
The RATA team is responsible for assisting the organisation with all things recruitment, bringing new kaimahi into the Stats whanau and helping with internal movements and career advancement opportunities.
This role would suit someone who can bring:
Strong track record of success in a high-volume recruitment advisory role while working within a government departmentExperience using Snaphire or a similar ATS and experience with reporting on recruitment activities / metricsExperience with DocGen, Docusign, Xref, CiAnywhereHigh proficiency with talent searching techniques and platforms (Boolean Searching, LinkedIn, SEEK Premium Talent Search etc)A high degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to consult at all levelsExcellent prioritisation and time management skills to juggle competing deadlinesExamples where you've demonstrated, encouraged, or supported diversity and inclusionKnowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Maori, and engagement with local Iwi.We understand transferable skills can come from experience gained from outside of work.
