This role will be primarily based at our Albany campus, with a requirement to travel across the various Auckland Dynaspeak campuses.The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure academic quality ismaintained across all aspects of our program through rigorous data analysis,monitoring, and reporting. The Advisor – Quality Assurance will be instrumentalin upholding our program standards, policies, and Ministry fundingrequirements.Some of the key responsibilities will be:Conducting regular audits and checks across allDynaspeak sites to ensure adherence to policies, TWoA standards and Ministryfunding requirements.Monitoring attendance, files, quality delivery andassessment processes to ensure compliance with program standards.Provide support and guidance to kaimahi tofacilitate consistent moderation outcomes and ensure quality assessmentstandards.Lead initiatives to identify and implementcontinuous improvement opportunities.Ensure accreditation standards are met through comprehensive programreviews and monitoring.About youYou will bring with you:A bachelor's degree in business or other relevantdiscipline.A tertiary teaching qualification e.g. New ZealandCertificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (Level 5) preferred.A full New Zealand driver's license.5 years' experience of direct involvement in qualityassurance in the tertiary education sector.An understanding of the NZQA assessment,moderation, and accreditation requirements. Including but not limited to NZQAprogramme approval and Accreditation Rules: Consent and ModerationRequirements.A practical understanding of relevant TEC fundingrules and regulations.A practical understanding of legislativerequirements as relevant to the tertiary education sector.
