Enliven has many opportunities for you to grow and learn; and is part of Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN), which has provided community and social support in New Zealand for 130 years. Based in Penrose, this exciting role will see you utilise your skills and experience as you support our clients. This position is tasked with ensuring a high-quality service is provided to clients and staff through appropriate, consistent and timely response to; urgent queries, adverse events, incidents, accidents, notifications of changes in clients health conditions, complaints and concerns received over the phone, via email or through reports. Ideally you will have experience in a similar, role. However, if not, and we see you as a good fit for our team, we will provide you with on the job training and coaching. You are good fit for our team if you: Are a NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate Experience in a telehealth environment and/or Health & Safety activities is desirable Well-developed clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication, both verbal and written An understanding of both home and community-based sector – both the workforce and the people we support.
