Mo tenei turanga mahi About the role We are seeking a passionate Advisor (Organisational Development) to enhance ACC's people capability.
You will develop, coordinate, and deliver initiatives that boost our culture, drive engagement, and improve leadership and performance systems.
You will also identify improvement opportunities, design initiatives, and collaborate with business groups for successful implementation.
You'll be joining a team that knows how to have a lot of fun while staying highly focused on delivering outcomes and making a difference across ACC. We work hard and move at pace, but we also have a strong culture based on connection. We emphasise the importance of building strong relationships with each other and the business.

Ko wai koe About you This role offers a chance for growth in OD. While prior OD experience is beneficial, it's not essential if you have skills in statistical analysis, research, and Matauranga Maori.
You'll be willing to support the team with tasks such as planning, coordination and liaising with others all whilst utilising your advisory skills by assisting with projects and programmes of work relating to the key areas of work. You will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Sound knowledge of analysis and research practices A high degree of Matauranga Maori knowledge Proficiency in digital tools, including some experience with AI Experience developing and implementing organisational interventions You will be able to:
Work under pressure, set priorities and manage tight deadlines Take research, condense it, understand its practical utility and when / how it can be applied. Analyse organisational needs and work with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs. A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from those with relevant transferable skills. Overall, and importantly, you'll have a strong interest in people and making the ACC world better for our kaimahi!
Mo ACC Working at ACC: The salary range for this role is $85,037 - $110,000 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
