While prior OD experience is beneficial, it's not essential if you have skills in statistical analysis, research, and Matauranga Maori.You'll be willing to support the team with tasks such as planning, coordination, and liaising with others while utilising your advisory skills by assisting with projects and programmes of work relating to the key areas of work.You will have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsSound knowledge of analysis and research practicesProficiency in digital tools, including some experience with AIExperience developing and implementing organisational interventionsYou will be able to:Work under pressure, set priorities, and manage tight deadlinesTake research, condense it, understand its practical utility and when/how it can be applied.Analyse organisational needs and work with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs.A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from those with relevant transferable skills.Overall, and importantly, you'll have a strong interest in people and making the ACC world better for our kaimahi!The salary range for this role is $85,037 - $110,000 with appointment dependent on skills, experience, and internal relativities.
