We are a unit with a significant system role, working across government to take collective action against family violence and sexual violence.
We steward the family violence and sexual violence system and drive realisation of the cross-agency strategy—Te Aorerekura.
We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whanau at the heart of everything we do.
Te Haeata/The Opportunity Te Puna Aonui is seeking a dedicated Advisor in Ministerial Servicing to provide timely, comprehensive, and tailored ministerial services.
This includes managing, processing, and drafting responses to requests for information, ministerial correspondence, and parliamentary questions.
You will work collaboratively with our business unit and other agencies to ensure responses meet statutory requirements and are issued within relevant timeframes.
The Advisor, Ministerial Servicing will support managers, project leads, and team members to plan, design, and initiate projects within the work programme.
You will ensure projects are well-established and connect at a programme level so that dependencies and lessons learned are actively exchanged and applied.
O pukenga/Skills and Experience * Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong research and information management skills.
* Knowledge of the Official Information Act and relevant legislation.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Utu a-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $72,634 to $93,591 based on skills and experience.
