O pukenga / Skills and Experience
We're looking for an advisor to join our Community Service team in the National Office. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of contracted third-party providers, ensuring contract performance and practice standards are met, managing monthly invoices, and providing provider support. This includes regular communication, relationship management, and site visits as required.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally:
Have experience working at an advisor level or equivalent.Be comfortable building positive working relationships and managing community stakeholders.Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Have strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write in plain English.Have an understanding of cultural issues, particularly Tikanga Maori.Hold a full, clean driver's license, as some travel is required.If your experience differs from the qualifications outlined but you believe you can add value to the role, we encourage you to apply.

Utu a-tau / Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $72,634 and $100,846, based on skills and experience.
