We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding events specialist who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to join our Life Distribution team.
This role is ideal for those looking for variety and to be part of a high performing and motivated team responsible for delivering and executing the distribution strategy for our Asteron Life brand.
In this role you will support with the development and delivery of our partner events and initiatives that support our business plan.
You will also manage a variety of stakeholders and get involved in the end-to-end of marketing, event and communications assets.
What you'll do: Work with the Executive Manager, Life Distribution and the Distribution Leadership team to develop a calendar of marketing initiatives including events designed to support our business partners in the achievement of the business plan. End-to-end ownership of partner events from design and development through to execution, delivery and measurement to meet our growth objectives, including agency management and stakeholder engagement. Develop, manage and deliver campaign materials for key events (e.g.
partnership forums, roadshows, etc). Manage external agency partners and budget to meet objectives. Recommend and execute activity to activate brand and customer activity within our Intermediated Partners. Work with Business owners to understand metrics attached to each activity and ensure the business is set up to collect and communicate these results regularly. Integrate outcomes and learnings for continuous improvement and to identify and recommend areas for future activity.
