Reporting to the Manager of Education Standards and Performance, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining first aid training that aligns with industry best practices, ensuring an engaging and high-quality learning experience for all participants.In this role you will:Ensure all first aid education materials are up-to-date and aligned with current industry guidelines and best practices for both online and classroom settings.Conduct regular reviews of educational materials in collaboration with the Education Standards and Performance team.Ensure or confirm all educational material align with guidelines set by the New Zealand Resuscitation Council and Emergency Care Training providers to maintain clinical best practices.Assist with course moderation, assessment processes, and instructor evaluations.Manage clinical updates and bulletins for the first aid training team while supporting staff induction and professional development.Stay informed on industry trends and advise on opportunities to enhance First Aid training programs.To be successful you will have:A strong understanding of successful training practices and Adult pedagogical principles.Advanced level understanding of practical First Aid.Health or emergency services experience.Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and industry leaders.Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative.Proven project management skills, with a track record of developing and delivering training materials on time.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptive and innovative mindset, focused on enhancing education outcomes for New Zealand Red Cross programs.Click below to download the job description and to apply for this position please click the 'Apply Now' button to be taken to the New Zealand Red Cross Careers page.
