With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, we've established ourselves as leaders in the industry, offering top-tier financial advice and services.We are now looking for a full-time Adviser Manager – Investments, based in our Mount Eden, Auckland office to join the growing team.You will lead the financial adviser Investments team as well as provide top-quality financial advice to Apex clients yourself.Responsibilities:Provide financial advice to clients for investments and KiwiSaver.Oversee the development and implementation of financial advice strategies related to investments.Ensure all financial advice provided meets regulatory requirements and company standards.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to advisers to enhance their skills and performance.Monitor market trends and changes in regulations to ensure advice remains relevant and compliant.Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business targets and objectives.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service within the team.What you will have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field an advantage.NZ Certificate in Financial Services in Investments – Level 5.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advisory roles, with a focus on Investments.Proven track record of managing and leading a team.In-depth knowledge of investment strategies and financial planning principles.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong capability in training, mentoring, and coaching teams.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Salary offer is based on current skill set and experience level.Benefits we offer include:Company KiwiSaver contribution in addition to salaryLifestyle Leave optionsLong Service Leave availableWork from home one day per week once induction and training completedEmployee Assistance programmeProfessional association fees coveredCompany provided car parkingJoin the team and work in a great environment with an attractive remuneration package.
