Mo te tunga About the role: As a Health & Safety Adviser, you'll be more than an expert; you'll be a positive force for change. Your role is crucial in improving how we manage health and safety risks, fostering leadership, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team. We're not just looking for someone with a H&S background; we're seeking a passionate coach and trainer who thrives on implementing sustainable change. This role forms part of the on-site leadership team, who are progressive, trauma-informed, and safety-focused. Our exceptional leaders deeply care about their team's wellbeing and consistently work at improving ways of working and culture. As the H&S Advisor, you'll report to the Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager. You'll play a critical role within our tightly knit eight-person regional Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, contributing to solving larger organisational challenges and implementing large scale wellbeing and cultural change initiatives. You will be based full-time, on-site at Auckland Prison, Albany, Auckland. Mou About you What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
